Prior Experience
Before joining SEP, Tim served as Head of Strategic Sales Operations at Hal Leonard (a previous SEP partner company), where he led a global B2B sales transformation, integrated business intelligence into core operations, and delivered measurable gains in revenue, margin, and efficiency. He previously held leadership roles in analytics and sales at Hal Leonard, driving operational improvements, pricing strategies, and international sales growth.
Education
Tim earned his MBA from Marquette University and holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Wisconsin–Madison, where he was a member of the varsity crew team.
Outside of Work
Tim, his wife, and two children enjoy hiking the national parks, exploring new cities, and spending time with friends and family. An avid reader and musician, he also enjoys woodworking and cooking for his family and stays active through regular exercise.
