Prior Experience
Before joining Seidler, Paul served as a Managing Director at Grant Thornton, where he led financial due diligence engagements for private equity sponsors and strategic clients on buy-side and sell-side transactions across the business services, consumer, and industrials sectors. He also spent two years on secondment with Grant Thornton’s corporate finance team in Sydney, Australia, where he focused on cross-border M&A.
Education
Paul graduated from the University of Delaware with a BS in Accounting and is a Certified Public Accountant.
Outside of Work
Paul resides in Los Angeles and loves spending time outdoors with his wife, two daughters, and dog, Hobie. An East Coast native, he enjoys playing hockey and is an avid supporter of the New York Rangers.
