Prior Experience
Conrad began his professional career at Greenhill & Co, an independent investment banking company, where he worked on a number of M&A and strategic advisory assignments across the consumer, education, technology & media, and general industrial sectors. His experience includes advising a number of owner-operator and family-owned SMEs on various organic and inorganic growth strategies, as well as exit planning and value optimisation.
Growing up within a family of business operators, Conrad had a fireside view of the many complex operational and growth-related challenges that face management teams of rapidly scaling businesses. This background strengthened his empathy for owner-operators and continues to drive a passion to work with our partners to overcome these challenges and unlock their growth ambitions.
Education
Prior to starting his career in finance, Conrad studied at The University of Sydney, graduating with a Bachelor of Commerce majoring in Finance (B.Comm, Finance).
Outside of Work
Outside of the office, Conrad enjoys training outdoors, getting out on the water, and the occasional game of tennis or round of golf. Most of all, he relishes time with his wife and two young boys, usually involving bikes, beaches, or backyard footy.
