Christopher Leitten

Vice President

Chris joined Seidler Equity Partners in 2019. He is primarily involved in evaluating and executing new investments, as well as advising partner companies on add-on acquisitions, new growth initiatives, and other value enhancement projects. He currently serves as a board member for several SEP partner companies.

Prior Experience

Previously, Chris was an investment banker at DBO Partners in San Francisco, California, where he advised companies on mergers and acquisitions, private capital raises, and board-level matters. His transaction experience spanned across several industry verticals and sizes, ranging from growth investments in consumer products companies to multibillion-dollar mergers and acquisitions in the technology and industrial sectors.

Education

Chris graduated summa cum laude from the University of Notre Dame with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and a double major in Theology. While at Notre Dame, Chris was a member of the Malpass Scholars and Applied Investment Management programs.

Outside of Work

Originally from Birmingham, Alabama, Chris is an avid mountain biker (and mechanic!) and enjoys spending his free time outdoors. Chris resides with his wife and daughter in Los Angeles.
