Prior Experience
Chris began his professional career as an attorney at O’Melveny & Myers LLP, where his legal practice focused on mergers and acquisitions, private equity investments, and representation of public and private companies in commercial matters. His transaction experience spanned a wide variety of industries and deal sizes, from small investments in consumer products and manufacturing companies to multibillion-dollar leveraged buyouts in the business services and distribution sectors.
Education
He graduated magna cum laude from the University of Southern California with a BS in Business Administration: Entrepreneurial Studies and Order of the Coif from the USC Gould School of Law, where he served on the Law Review Board and was elected president of his graduating class.
Outside of Work
Chris has been involved in a variety of community organizations, including as a founding board member of the John A. Widtsoe Foundation, a board member of the Pacific Palisades Task Force on Homelessness, and a member of the Editorial Advisory Board of Public Square Magazine. Chris speaks conversational Russian and Spanish, is an avid sports fan, and music enthusiast. He and his wife have four children, three boys and a girl.
