Henry Wei - Seidler Equity Partners

Vice President

Henry joined Seidler Equity Partners in 2019 and is involved in SEP’s operations in the US. His responsibilities include the diligence and execution of new investments, advising partner companies on strategic planning, and helping complete add-on acquisitions and implement growth initiatives. He serves as a board member for several partner companies.

Prior Experience

Henry began his professional career at Wells Fargo Securities LLC, where he advised middle market companies on mergers and acquisitions and leveraged finance transactions.

Education

Henry graduated cum laude from Claremont McKenna College with a BA in Economics. While at CMC, he played on the varsity football and rugby teams.

Outside of Work

Henry is an enthusiastic board game player and a diehard San Francisco 49ers fan. In his free time, he enjoys outdoor lawn sports and reading (via audiobook). Henry and his wife reside in Los Angeles.
