Eric Kutsenda

Co-Founder & Managing Partner

Eric is a co-founder of Seidler Equity Partners. He is actively involved in establishing and overseeing SEP’s strategic vision, promoting the firm’s core investment principles, and developing strategic and investment initiatives. Eric is also responsible for originating and qualifying investment opportunities, conducting due diligence, executing transactions, and directing portfolio construction and management. He is a member of the firm’s Executive Committee and Investment Committee.

Prior Experience

Eric began his professional career at KPMG LLP, where he focused principally on providing tax structuring advice and due diligence support for mergers and acquisitions. Prior to co-founding SEP, he was a principal at a Chicago-based investment firm.

Education

He earned a BS in Accountancy from the University of Illinois and a MS in Taxation from DePaul University. He is a Certified Public Accountant.

Outside of Work

Eric is involved in a variety of organizations including the Golden West Chapter of Young Presidents’ Organization and Kids in Sports. He is an avid outdoor enthusiast and may be found marathon running, SCUBA diving, or rock climbing. Eric and his wife have two teenage daughters.
